Feeling Better!!!

I sometimes forget to watch the air quality reports.  Poor air quality is a huge contributing factor to my not feeling well and I don’t always think to see if that may be why I am not feeling so great.  Salt Lake tends to get really poor air quality because of the way it lays in a valley between two mountain ranges.   Our winters are filled with nasty inversions and that’s a big reason why winter is so hard on me.  I’d probably do best living in the desert of Arizona with no dogs but my family is here and I want to be near them.  Oh and of course giving up the dogs is never an option.

I guess the air got cleaned up yesterday with some winds or something (I really have no idea how this works!).  Last night was much better than the night before.   I even hung out in my friends house with 6 dogs and 5 people (why is it that dog always outnumber people).  D&M weren’t there but a bunch of other dogs were and I took Sadie.  I felt okay and not so on edge as I have been the last few days.

The lungs are still fragile and I can’t forget that.  Still working on cleaning and that will help!  Can’t wait to go to the doc too to see if he can do anything to help make winter a bit easier on me.  Man I already can’t wait for summer!

Wow, I just read your post below and feel bad for you. That sounds awful. I hope you will get it figured out soon.

I am glad you are feeling better! So sorry you have to go through that … that’s just yucky. I am glad you know what sets it off though. No carpet would be good! I would like that about now too. Hair everywhere!!

I already can’t wait for summer too! I have alot more trouble breathing in the winter too. The cold wet air makes me feel like I am drowning. I feel for you.

I’m glad you got some relief! I was at willow creek yesterday morning and it was cool and clear and looked like the air was better. It was nice!
