One Weigh at a time.
So it was a rough week. I was emotional about a few things and stressed about others. I ended up with a 2.2 lb gain. I am definitely an emotional eater.
I am so happy that the birthday parties are over. Well at least the family ones! I have a friend’s party on Saturday night!
The One Weigh at a Time blog wants us to give a weight loss tip. Mine is to drop the soda and drink water. I have done really well as long as I am not drinking a million empty calories. I have gotten a bit lax on the “no soda” rule but I am still drinking hardly any soda. From here on out I am going back to no soda at all! Also, if you really need something sweet to drink - Vita Rain makes these really good 0 calorie vitamin water drinks. They sell them at Costco!
Great tip! Water is so important. Hang in there and next week you will have that gain gone.

ugh…i’m tryin to break the soda habit myself. limiting myself to 3 for the week. very hard considering i drink 1 per day :-/ i’m not a water drinker either. it has to be ice cold for me to tolerate it. emotions affected me this week, too…not so much in the eating department, but in the exercise. we’ll get this whole weight loss thing figured out soon and get back on track

I just have to have a Diet Coke w/Lime every day! I have tried to cut it out, but I get very grumpy if I do! - talk about addicted! But dont worry about your slight gain, you always do so good, I am sure you will loose it all this week. XO
