One weigh at a time…
It’s time again for the One Weigh at a time post. This week I lost 3.4 lbs. I’m not quite sure how that happened. I feel like I have been a bit lazy this last week. The air quality has been so bad and I have not been feeling well so I haven’t gotten out as much as I should have. Bringing my lunches from home definitely helps though. I’m back to over 30 lbs lost again. Man I really gained some weight in NY over Christmas. It’s taking forever to get it off. Hopefully I can remember this next time we go. 6 days of sitting on the couch eating cheese and Christmas cookies is not good for me!! At very least I must get out for walks while I am there! Oh well - not going again anytime soon but I am getting ready for a flyball tournament. I must bring some healthy munchies so I am not so tempted to snack on junk food. At least flyball tournaments are very active and I should be burning some calories!
Wow! That is amazingly terrific and wonderful
Congrats! You did walk around A LOT at PetsMart ya know on Saturday, I swear you must have put in a few miles at least!

Ahh yeah - I try to keep moving when I am at petsmart. I figure it helps to get a few extra steps in during the day. I also volunteer to fill shelves for them - every 30 lb bag I lift is that much extra exercise during the day!!
I am working on my Christmas gain too. So easy to put on and so slow to get off. Hey, I hope I didn’t offend with my one post. I was writing that post to dispute the article my sister sent me that said kids from divorce are avoiding marriage even though they may have found a suitable partner. I know there are lots of wonderful people that stay single in their 30s or 40s for the right reasons. If you haven’t met the right person or are not ready, there is nothing wrong with that. Sorry for the confusion.
No offense taken. just had to make sure i put in my 2 cents!
Great job on the loss! I wish we were closer to exercise too. Or I wish I had more energy so I could just bring Landon on over & exercise with you. Maybe one day huh? Needless to say … I am glad you are back over the 30 lbs mark, that is just way too cool!

Congrats on the loss! It’s hard over the holidays, for sure. I love sitting around and eating cookies and crackers… UGH it’s just so much fun!

Way to go on the loss! Awesome! Having the dogs must help you with getting activity into your day.
I’m really impressed that you do flyball. I think I told you before that I only heard of it a few weeks before ‘meeting’ you in Taking it off Together. What a great sport! It looks like so much fun, but it must take a lot of training.
Wow great job on the loss!!!!
