Tournament Time!!!!
It’s finally here! We have been anxiously awaiting. This afternoon Dylan and I head off for the Stampede Winter Warm Up. Marley is already on the road. We cannot wait for racing to start tomorrow morning! Dylan is going to run fast! I hope he does well and has fun!
My team, Thunder Paws, is running two teams! Dylan is running in division 4 and I’m a bit worried about breaking out. I guess we will see how it goes. It’s my first team with this tournament so I don’t really know how the other dogs do at tournament. Dylan tends to run faster there than he does at practice. I think he can sense the competition in the air.
I’ll be cheering on my old teammates from Utah Tail Blazers. Some of my very good friends are still on that team and I hope they do great!
Dylan is making his singles debut. I really hope he runs his fastest times ever in singles. People keep telling me that it’s likely to happen! I can’t wait for it!!
This tournament is my birthday/Christmas gift from my friends and Paul and his parents. I swear its going to be the best present ever! We haven’t been to a tournament in over a year because of the financial expense! It’s going to be a great one!!
