One Weigh at a Time

I have been slacking on my weigh ins. I keep forgetting and I’m not really focusing. Last week on Wed I weighed in and decided I would use that as my starting weight for this week.

Today I am down 0.4. That’s really not great but I am going to do better this next week! I am also making a goal to go to the gym Tue through Thur after work. Mondays I work both jobs so I can’t go then! We have a gym here at work but it’s hard for me to use it. I need to rush home to let the dogs out but I can handle an extra half an hour after work if I need to. The problem is, the gym is small, and everyone gets off work at the same time as me. So the gym gets busy at that time!!! So anyway wish me luck. I will be reporting back on my blog next week.

I’m helping man the bake sale today for Big Brothers Big Sisters! That’s going to be tough for sure! Oh well, I brought a yummy cake and some cookies and hopefully other people will buy them!!

Nice job on loosing. I kinda spaced it out and gave up there for a while. I really need to get back to it! ugh. XO

I’m already bailing on the gym for today but I have to do an errand for work right after I get off. By the time I get back it will be too late for me to stay late. Oh well. Try again tomorrow.

Yep - There is always a tomorrow! We will get there. I keep saying that - but I know it’s true. .4 is a great loss. It’s a loss!! I will donate to Big Brothers/Sisters, I just need to take the time to do it. Tomorrow K? Remind me on facebook :), ha ha I am always on there at work.
