One Weigh at a time!

I’m back on board and trying (at least for the most part). Saturday was calorie overload with pizza and beverages at the bowlathon and then pizza and cookies for dinner! I did pretty well most the other days though and ended up -3.6 for the week.

Oh and I did make it to the gym but only one week! I had to do work stuff late on Tue and stayed up to late on wed so that was my excuse thursday. Friday I ahd to go get Ammon! So I only made it on Wed but I am going to try ot go again this week. I am showing the rental right now though so my time is extra tight. Guess we will see what the week brings!

Going to the gym one time during the week is great!! Even if you did that for a few weeks, it would be better than nothing. I wish I would do something. I have to on my new diet though. It will happen. I wish we lived closer too. Maybe we could even try to get together once every other week & go walking this summer. ??? We will see when things calm down!! Good job on the loss.
